What carriers will ask for
USDOT and MC numbers, the equipment list with VINs and values, every driver's CDL and date of birth, three years of loss runs if you have been insured, and your radius and commodities. The trucking application collects all of it in one pass.
Carriers run MVRs on every listed driver and check your FMCSA safety record. Tell us about violations up front; it changes which market we approach, not whether we can help.
